An Old Thai closed eyes Buddha amulet. The Closing Eye Buddha that knowed as ' 'PHA-PIT-TAH' or 'Pha-PID-TA' meaning ' Closed eye buddha' .
Items was show The Buddha sitting in cross legs posture and two hands cover both eyes (see no evil), that is a nice character. This Items is depict a Buddha with hands firmly pressed against his face to obscure his sight. The amulets remind us that the world of the senses is uncertain and filled with illusion, hence the dramatic of Buddha rejection, But there is also a worldly lesson to be learnt: Thai people believed this amulet can bring you happiness and protect and secure good fortune for the owner And also believe the closing eye Buddha reminds us to be wary, and not be taken in easily by everything we see.
They good for Lucky and protect owner from the danger and bad piritual. The amulet is given from my late grandfather.

LONG PO THUAD


Luang Phor Thuad was born in 2125 and was highly respected and revered as a guru monk throughout the Kingdom of Thailand. He spent his entire life spreading the Dhamma for the benefit of the people without impartiality. Luang Poh Tuad was a monk who lived around 300 years ago in the so called „Ayuttaya period". Normally he stayed in monasteries in southern Thailand, but he also travelled a lot to the central regions and the former capital Ayuttaya.
It is said that LP Tuad was able to do miracles and there are written reports on it.it is fabled that Luang Phor Thuad had the ability to change salt water to fresh water and it is for this reason that the amulet is often worn by fisherman as a protective talisman against the perils of the ocean. When LP Tuad died he was cremated and his ashes were kept in a chedy (pagoda) in the temple "Wat Chiang Hai" in Pattani province (South Thailand).
It was the year 1954 when the than abbot of the Wat Chiang Hai temple (Luang Poo Tim) blessed the first LP Tuad amulets and gave them to his followers.
Over the past more than 50 years LP Tuad amulets were blessed from many other acharn-monks from lot of other monastries.
They are all a little bit different in their mixture of powder, clay, herbs and other ingredients. Most of the amulets have also bits or little pieces of ore/metal mixed in or pressed on the back side of the amulet.
It is said that the wearer of a LP Tuad amulet will get over/survive an accident or attack (with less or no injury) like a miracle.

Amulets of Luang Phor Thuad have shown many miracles to individuals wearing it.

TOK RAJA AMULET


The late Tok Raja is one of the famous Thai Chief Abbots of Kelantan state of Malaysia, followed by another famous Tham Chau Khoon known as Ah Kong. Every year during the Kathina celebration, their temple, Wat Uttamaram, Kg. Teresek, Pasir Mas in Kelantan are swarmed with devotees from all over Malaysia, Singapore and the Southern part of Thailand. The current Chief Abbot of this temple is Phrakhru Udomdhamma Patibhano. Wat Uttamaram is one of the oldest and prettiest Thai temples in Kelantan. It is colorful, has fanciful flame-like upturned roof ridges, and an orange and green multi-tiered roof. Large dragons entwine the verandah columns. The temple is definitely a magnificent piece of building that is worth a visit besides viewing or renting of amulets or images.
Tok Raja is one of the thai Luang Phor which stay in Kelantan and attained the highest teaching and he is well known by Singapore ,Thailand and Malaysia.This amulet is given from my nanny (2505BE )
